Experience an unforgettable evening of flavor and fire, led by four renowned culinary personalities representing Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama, and Omni Barton Creek. Each chef brings a distinct regional perspective and a passion for live-fire cooking, creating a one-night-only collaboration that celebrates the art of barbecue at its highest level.
This exclusive multi-course VIP dinner showcases each chef’s signature style, blending regional traditions, refined technique and bold creativity into every thoughtfully curated course. Expertly paired premium beverages — from fine wines to standout spirits — elevate each bite, while every dish tells a story of smoke, skill and Southern heritage.
Throughout the evening, enjoy personal storytelling and culinary insight from the chefs themselves, all set against the stunning backdrop of the Texas Hill Country. A special charity auction will also take place during the dinner, with proceeds benefiting the Central Texas Food Bank.
